Access

Full-time members are free to access TDR during standard business hours, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Part-time members can select any 10 days per month to use TDR during standard business hours. Evenings and weekends are reserved for special event rental. Once a member has signed up, she will be provided with an access code to the secure entry in the back. All seats are available on a first come, first served basis.

Family & Pets

While we do love our pets, kiddos, and significant others, we want to provide a comfortable place free of distraction where our members can work and connect with other members. So we ask that you leave your critters at home, and family members are welcome at TDR-hosted family events.

Guests, Private Meetings & Parties

Full-time and part-time members may host guests at TDR during designated times only: Monday 1:00-5:00 and Friday 1:00-5:00 PM. All seats are available on a first come, first served basis. Members who need space for a private or semi-private meeting with one or more guests may reserve the Quiet Room or Gallery in one-hour increments (must be scheduled on the shared calendar 24 hours in advance).

Food & Beverage

We’re happy to provide complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks. Feel free to bring your own food and beverage and make yourself at home, sipping and snacking wherever you’d like—just be courteous and clean up after yourself. Need a microwave or toaster oven for your lunch? We’ve got you covered.

Conduct

Be kind and courteous—especially as you work, have conversations, and take calls—and treat others with dignity and respect. We retain the right to refuse service to anyone who disrupts the environment or treats anyone poorly.

Prohibited Items

We prohibit guns, brussel sprouts, drama, air horns, and strong perfume. Just kidding…sort of. Definitely leave your weapons at home, and all tobacco products and vapes should be used outside. But come as you are—even if you’re having a bad day. Our hope is to foster a positive, supportive community of women who are real with each other. Part of supporting each other is being mindful and courteous with the noises and scents you introduce to a small, shared space.

Kitchen

Mi cucina es tu cucina. In addition to a filtered water pitcher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, keurig, electric water pot, dishes, and utensils available for community use, we’re happy to provide complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Feel free to bring your own food and beverages. We simply ask that you clean up after yourself and care well for our shared space.

Technology

BYO laptop, thumb drive, power cord, and other work or play materials you need. We have a TV, monitors, computer mouses (mice?!), dongles, and keyboards as well as power strips and cords and a ring light. And pens—boy, do we have your pens and other basic office supplies. We’ve also got your wifi and small-job printing needs covered.

Parking

Park wherever you find space in our unmarked, pea gravel lot—just do your best not to block anyone in! When you leave, please be especially careful as you pull out; traffic comes quickly around the bend on the right.

Security

Secure access to the space is provided through keypad entry. The building also has a security alarm and exterior security cameras.

Staying in Touch

All members will be added to our email list to stay up-to-date on events and happenings. Questions? Email us at drawingroomchattanooga@gmail.com.

Billing

Members will be invoiced through Cobot, and payments may be made by credit or debit card (unless you’re a professional chef or masseuse, in which case, let’s chat about an in-kind trade). Full-time and part-time members will be invoiced monthly, and social members will be invoiced annually.

Refund Policy

Members are billed at the beginning of the month. If a member is dissatisfied after their first 30 days of membership, 50% of the membership cost will be reimbursed. After the initial 30 day period, any membership cost incurred will not be reimbursed. If a full-time or part-time member decides to pause or terminate their membership, two weeks’ notice is required.

Rejoining

You can sign up again on Cobot and we’ll send you an invoice. Or email us at drawingroomchattanooga@gmail.com.
